Norfolk Animal Care Center to host 3rd Annual Dogs Gone Swimming
On Saturday, September 17th, 2011, the Friends of Norfolk Animal Care Center will hold it's 3rd annual Dogs Gone Swimming fundraiser at the Norfolk Fitness and Wellness Center located at 7300 Newport Avenue. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The pool will be closed for the season and open for dogs only.
The event will feature a dog swimsuit contest and parade, police K-9 demonstration, agility demonstration, and magic and juggling for the kids.
