The Norfolk Police Department recently released images of a man who is suspected of stealing narcotic drugs from a pharmacy.

On Wednesday around 8:30 p.m., surveillance cameras show a man demanding narcotics from the pharmacist at the Rite Aid located in the 3600 block of Tidewater Drive.

Norfolk Police spokeswoman Karen Parker-Chesson said that in the photos, the suspect implied that he was armed. After he took the medication, he left the store.

If you have any information that could help detectives identify and locate the man in the photos call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
